Registrations within this category must be a member of the Australasian Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgeons (ASAPS), Australasian Society of Cosmetic Dermatologists (ASCD) or New Zealand Society of Cosmetic Medicine (NZSCM). All registrations received within this category will be verified with each Society.
Non-member Doctor & Dentist
Registrations within this category may be a Medical Practitioner, Dentist Practitioner, ENT Surgeon, Ophthalmic Surgeon, Dermatologist, or Non-ASAPS Plastic Surgeon. Your AHPRA registration number is required for verification. Registration Fees:
Cancellation of a registration must be advised via email to the NSS Secretariat via nss@tphe.com.au. Verbal changes or cancellation cannot be accepted. Registration cancellations received up to 5 April 2024 will receive a full refund, less a $500 administration fee. No refunds will be given for cancellations received after 5 April 2024– this includes cancellation of any paid workshops/events such as the Gala Dinner. As an alternative to cancellation, registrations may be transferred to another person (for the same registration category) without receiving any extra cost penalty. Please note that no credit card surcharges will be refunded at any time. The refund will be returned via the same payment method as the original receipt of funds.
Accommodation:
For accommodation cancellation policies, please refer to the individual hotel policies noted on the NSS website. Any amendments to original hotel bookings must be forwarded via email (nss@tphe.com.au) to the Meeting Secretariat. Verbal changes or cancellations cannot be accepted nor will the hotels accept any changes direct.
Virtual Registrations
Virtual Registrations are no longer available and have been updated to ‘On Demand’ registrations.
Registration Fees:
Registration cancellation requests received up to 5 April 2024 will receive a full refund minus $AUD100 administration fee. Registrations cancelled after 5 April 2024 will not be refunded, however you can transfer the registration to another person (for the same registration category) at no cost.

All cancellation requests must be made in writing to nss@tphe.com.au. Credit card surcharges associated with registrations will not be refunded under any circumstances.
The members of the ASAPS Council and The Production House Events do not accept any liability for any losses incurred pre, post or during the Symposium due to unforeseen cancellation or postponement.
In the event of the Symposium being cancelled, no refunds will be issued. All available funds will be credited towards a future symposium/s held by ASAPS.
Registration fee does not include accommodation, meals for partners and extra tickets for the Welcome Reception and Gala Dinner. Please note there is no entry to the industry exhibition hall without registration to the conference.
