All guaranteed rooms cancelled at or within 30 days prior to arrival including “no shows”, will incur 100% cancellation fee, this being the number or room nights cancelled times the accommodation rate.

The hotels have authority to debit your credit card for an accommodation deposit and/or balance. The hotel at its discretion may process this debit immediately or wait until you check-in/check-out.

Individual attendees will be responsible for their outstanding accommodation balance and all incidental charges incurred during their stay, unless otherwise specified by the organiser.
