Frequently Asked Questions

  1. Login to your registration using the link provided. Your login details are provided to you in confirmation emails and invitation emails.
  2. You will automatically be directed to the ‘options’ page
  3. Once you have updated your options, click ‘continue’
  4. Keep pressing the ‘continue’ button until you reach the Payment page. If you have any outstanding money due, this page will prompt you for payment (the workshops are free of charge however you must pay for your registration in full to attend).
  5. Once you have reached the registration record page the process is complete

You can update your options at any time.

  3. Update any options you wish to, click ‘continue’
  4. Keep pressing the ‘continue’ button to view the different pages and make any edits as necessary.
  5. Finally you will reach the Payment page. If you have any outstanding money due, this page will prompt you for payment.
  6. Once you have reached the registration record page the process is complete

You can update your registration at any time, however restrictions may be placed on accommodation bookings and gala diner tickets.

Your Certificate of Attendance PDF will be emailed to you at the conclusion of the event. It will be sent to the email address linked to your registration.

If you are unable to find the email, please email info@tphe.com.au to request a certificate. Please ensure you include your full name and event name.
